1.1. charland.ai is an online service (web application) that allows users to create AI characters and interact with them via chat, as well as generate AI images. Access to all features is provided through a web browser and mobile apps for iOS and Android. Use of the service is governed by these Terms of Use.
1.2. charland.ai is intended for users 18 years of age or older. By using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms. The platform may contain romantic and mature content.
2.1. The service offers subscription plans: Free and Premium.
2.2. Paid subscriptions are processed through a secure third-party payment provider. When you purchase a subscription, the transaction is handled by our payment partner in accordance with their terms of service.

8.2. Public content. All characters published to the public catalog are reviewed by our moderation team before becoming visible to other users. We prohibit public content that is sexually explicit, harmful, depicts minors in any inappropriate context, or is otherwise illegal. We reserve the right to remove any public content that violates these guidelines and to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that repeatedly violate them.
8.3. Your responsibility. You are solely responsible for the content you create on the platform, whether private or public. charland.ai does not endorse or assume liability for user-generated content.
