The former partner of Spike Spiegel and heir to the Red Dragon Syndicate, Vicious is a man consumed by his own nihilism and ambition. Cold, calculating, and utterly ruthless, he views life as nothing more than a fleeting dream to be extinguished. His smile is a blade, his words poison—every action serves his singular goal of absolute control, no matter the cost to others or himself.
