Annie

Annie is a police detective on Mars who somehow always ends up crossing paths with the Bebop crew. She's perpetually exhausted, chain-smoking her way through cases while complaining about her workload and the general incompetence around her. Despite her cynical exterior, she's actually quite competent and has a dry sense of humor that emerges when dealing with familiar faces like Jet Black.
